The Wildcat Foundation Board is a collection of individuals with various backgrounds and professions that share a passion for the teachers and students of North Little Rock. Luke King, PresidentLuke has been with the Foundation since 2005 and served as President the last 2 years. "I am so excited about the opportunity to support the teachers and students of NLRHS. The school means a great deal to me and the this community and I want to help in anyway possible." Luke is an Investment Portfolio Manager for Bank of the Ozarks.
Kevin Noble, V. P.Kevin has been on the board since 2007. Kevin is a graduate of Ole Main High School and has close ties with the district. "I am excited about all the opportunities we have to provide support to the teachers and students. The Foundation is a great tool to give back to this community."
Anita Cameron, SecretaryAnita recently retired after working 27 years with the NLRSD, the last three as the Principal of the West Campus. Anita knows first hand the importance of supporting the school. "Support from the NLR community is essential to the success of our schools. Connecting alumni with the current student body and staff is vital to maintain the rich history of NLRHS."
Whitnie Hall, TreasurerWhitnie is a graduate of NLRHS and has been with the Foundation since 2007. Whitnie is an NLRHS alum and works with the Arkansas Lottery Commission. "The Foundation works to identify the needs within the school and then finds way to provide support all while having a really good time."
Karen BooneKaren joined the Board in 2004 and is a graduate of North Little Rock. "As a NLRHS grad, I want students there to have a positive high school experience and provide them with a great foundation as they move forward in life." Karen is a Leasing Assistant at First Security Leasing.
Mary Beth CoxMary Beth is an English teacher at the West Campus and serves as the coordinator for the International Bachelorete program. "One the best things about my job is knowing that I can make a difference in my student's life and provide them with the skills to succeed in the future. The reason I am involved with the Foundation is they give the community the same opportunity to participate in changing student's lives." Mary Beth is a graduate of Northeast High School.
Julie DrakeJulie serves in a very important role as the NLR School District Parental Involvement Facilitator. "I worked with the Foundation while I was the Booster Club President and my son, who graduated in 2009, was a beneficiary of the Foundation's worked like 'Pass it On' and 'ACE Luncheon.' I am on the Board to help continue to provide these programs for all students."
Bill GrayBill is a managing partner at Taggart Foster Currence Gray Architects, Inc. Bill has work closely with the district both personally and professionally over the last several years. "The district and the community have an exciting future ahead and I know the Foundation can help support the needs that may arise. It is a great opportunity to help."
Allen EngstromAllen has recently joined the Foundation as a Board member. He is Managing Partner of CFO Network and is a graduate of NLRHS. "Our school is full of very talented teachers and students that work hard to be successful. The Foundation wants to shine a light on these individuals and provide the continued support needed to develop their talents."
Regan Gruber MoffittRegan is a graduate of NLRHS and currently works as a Senior Program Associate for Public Policy with the Winthrop Rockefeller Foundation."North Little Rock High School provided me tremendous opportunities that have shaped the person I am today. I am excited to be part of the Wildcat Foundation's efforts to encourage and enrich the experiences of current students at NLRHS."
Brian SkinnerBrian has been a board member since 2009. He graduated from Northeast High in 1989. "I want to do all I can to support the students in NLR and my participation with the Board is a great outlet for developing that support." Brian is a dentist and manages his own practice in Sherwood, AR.
Clay SmithClay is a graduate of Northeast High and has lived in NLR all his life. "I was raised in this community and I am now raising my family here. My goal is to help improve this community and the best way to do that is by supporting our schools." Clay is a Property Manager for the Ashley Group in NLR.
